Opeyemi Arulogun is an associate in Allan & Ogunkeye in the commercial, intellectual property, real estate and litigation department. He completed his LLB degree at the Lagos State University, Ojo in 2017 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018.

Opeyemi advises clients on trade mark portfolio management and registration in Nigeria. He conducts and advises on clearance searches and assists with filing trade mark applications and prosecuting them until grant.

Opeyemi also renders company secretarial services, advises clients on enforcement of their IP rights including providing strategic enforcement advice, sending cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements and litigious proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry and in court.
