Timothy Olubor handles Intellectual Property Rights registration and maintenance, Food and Drug registration and regulation issues, Corporate law and Corporate governance issues and litigation in all the said areas of law. He deals with equipment leasing contracts, employment outsourcing agreements and employment contracts. He undertakes litigation in intellectual property law issues, breach of contract issues and matrimonial issues. He also supervises all associates and paralegals in the execution of intellectual property right registration and maintenance undertakings. Courtroom advocacy at High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Obatosin Ogunkeye has overall responsibility for all contentious matters handled by the firm whether in courts, tribunals or at trademarks, patents and industrial design registries. The range of subjects he has handled include Intellectual Property law, Company law, Law of Contracts, Product liability claims, Employment law, Tax law, Land law and Inheritance law. He also handles the preparation of a broad range of financial agreements and banking security documentation. He undertakes Courtroom advocacy at the High Courts, the Court of Appeal and at the Supreme court.
